✔️ This is the class where we learn zero waste closed loop fermentation. We will be making 3 products: kraut or kimchi, kvass, and one more product which will remain a surprise.

✔️ It is suitable for chefs who want to incorporate fermentation to tackle their food waste and create interesting, diverse menus.
