Please note our Returns Policy applies only to products bought directly from BYRON FERMENTARY PTY LTD on this site, and does not apply to products that BYRON FERMENTARY PTY LTD has a Wholesale or an Affiliate or other relationship with.

We take great care in growing and making our beautiful products but if the product appears to be damaged or faulty, please contact us via email – preferably within 24 hours of your receiving our product – and we will help you. If we deem the product to be damaged or faulty, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.

If required, your refund for the item will be processed within 5 working days from the date of the determination that we will be unable to replace your item or if you are eligible for a refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed, and for the refund to appear in your account. If for some reason you think there is a problem, please email us.
